Cooking Instructions:

From Frozen:

Deep Fry:

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pan to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Remove the frozen Lava Chatpata Samosas from the packaging.
  3. Carefully place the samosas into the hot oil, a few at a time, without overcrowding.
  4. Fry for 4-6 minutes or until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve hot with chutney, ketchup, or your favorite dipping sauce.

Oven Bake (Healthier Option):

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Place the frozen samosas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
  4. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Microwave (Not Recommended):

  1. Remove the frozen samosas from the packaging.
  2. Heat on a microwave-safe plate for 1-2 minutes on high. Flip halfway through.
