Cooking Instructions:
From Frozen:
Pan Fry:
- Remove the frozen Lava Plain Paratha from the packaging.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Place the frozen paratha directly on the pan.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, pressing lightly with a spatula, until golden brown and crispy.
- Once both sides are cooked, remove the paratha from the pan and serve hot.
Oven Bake:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Remove the paratha from the packaging.
- Place the paratha on a baking tray.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
Serving Suggestion: Lava Plain Paratha pairs perfectly with curries, kebabs, or as a base for breakfast wraps. Serve with yogurt, pickles, or chutneys for an added burst of flavor.
Storage Instructions:
- Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
